Koree Webb is the co-owner of Texas Toffee, a family business she founded with her husband and parents in 2009. While helping grow the company from a cottage kitchen into a brick-and-mortar shop in Plano, Koree built a 20-year career in special education, including many years teaching in Richardson ISD.
A Richardson native, Koree attended the Arts Magnet in downtown Dallas, where she studied scenic design for theater. She later moved to Los Angeles and earned her degree in Theater Design from CalArts. After graduating, she began teaching art and reading to students with special needs, launching a rewarding career in education.
Throughout her years as a teacher, Koree spent evenings and weekends helping build Texas Toffee. When her mother became ill in 2023, she left education to lead the business full time. Today, she and her husband proudly continue the family tradition, sharing Texas Toffee with customers from their Plano shop.
