From Woodland City to Wealth Builder: A Dallas Visionary Empowering Communities Through Business and Legacy
Born at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas, and raised in Pleasant Grove’s Woodland City neighborhood, Raymond has never forgotten his roots. After graduating from W.W. Samuell High School in 1995, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he served until 1999.
Following his military service, Raymond settled in Seattle, Washington, where he married and raised five children. While pursuing his education at South Seattle College, he quickly distinguished himself as a leader, serving as President of the Black Student Union, Seattle Chapter and actively engaging in the Seattle Youth Political Forum.
Today, Raymond leads as Managing Partner of Realford Holdings & Trust, a Dallas-based investment and development firm with a portfolio exceeding $10 million. Under his vision, the Trust manages an impressive array of businesses and assets, including:
