Michael Kubik brings more than 30 years of successful leadership experience. Over those years, he has been an adept problem solver, entrepreneur, innovator, activator, and dynamic leader.
For the past 18 years, Michael has worked as an independent consultant supporting both large and small businesses. His large business engagements include stream-lining the procure-to-pay process for a large business relocation company, creating a sourcing center of excellence at a Fortune 10 company and restructuring a Procurement team at a $3.5B Construction and Engineering firm. His small business support includes business initiation and restructuring, innovation programs, new product development, dispute resolution, process documentation (including Standard Operating Procedures and ISO 9001:2008), small business program support, and general management across multiple business sectors. Michael works as a professional witness focusing on Forensic Business Analysis, Business Practices, Process, Due Diligence, and Procurement. Michael created the F.A.S.T. Company Review, has managed a small education software company, and supported an educational foundation.
Prior to beginning his career in high-tech, Michael owned and operated a general contracting business for 9 years. He used his earnings from that business to pay for 100% of his education. Michael has a Master’s Degree in Planning from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He lives in Plano, TX with his wife, Jami, and has three grown children.
